Die Universit\u00e4tsbibliothek Mannheim<\/strong> zeigt in Zusammenarbeit mit der Beauftragten f\u00fcr Chancen\u00adgleich\u00adheit<\/strong> der Universit\u00e4t Mannheim die Ausstellung \u201eFrauen im Widerstand gegen den Nationalsozialismus\u201c<\/strong> im Ausleihzentrum Schloss Westfl\u00fcgel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Ausstellung bietet Einblicke in das Leben und Wirken von Frauen, die sich gegen Unrecht und Unterdr\u00fcckung im Nationalsozialismus gestellt haben. Sie stellt achtzehn Frauen vor, die j\u00fcdischen B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrgern halfen, gef\u00e4lschte Papiere besorgten, Aktionen des Widerstands organisierten oder Schriften verteilten. Die Ausstellung stellt prominente und wenig bekannte Frauen aus allen sozialen Gruppen und politischen Lagern vor. Sie zeigt, wie vielschichtig der Widerstand aussah und welche Bedeutung seine Geschichte noch f\u00fcr uns heute hat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Ausstellung ist t\u00e4glich w\u00e4hrend der \u00d6ffnungszeiten des Ausleihzentrums<\/a><\/strong> zug\u00e4nglich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exhibition<\/strong>: Women in the Resistance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Mannheim University Library, in cooperation with the Equal Opportunities Officer of the University of Mannheim, is presenting the exhibition „Women in the Resistance against National Socialism<\/strong>“ at the Central Lending Library in the west wing of the Schloss Mannheim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exhibition offers insights into the lives and activities of women who stood up against injustice and oppression under National Socialism. It presents eighteen women who helped Jewish citizens, procured forged documents, organized acts of resistance, or distributed underground publications. The exhibition introduces both well-known and lesser-known women from all social backgrounds and political movements. It illustrates the many facets of resistance and highlights the continuing relevance of its history today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exhibition is open daily during the opening hours of the Central Lending Library<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
