Der Bibliotheksbereich A3 ist vom 12.08. bis einschließlich 01.09.2024 geschlossen. Alle anderen Bibliotheksbereiche sind regulär geöffnet.
Wenn Sie während der Schließzeit Medien aus dem Bibliotheksbereich A3 benötigen, können Sie diese über den Katalog Primo in A3 bestellen. Die Medien werden für Sie in den Bibliotheksbereich A5 transportiert.
- Melden Sie sich im Katalog Primo an und suchen Sie das gewünschte Medium.
- Bestellen Sie das Medium, indem Sie in der Detailansicht des Titels die Option „Bestellung/Vormerkung“ nutzen.
- So bestellte Medien werden in den Bibliotheksbereich A5 transportiert, wo sie bis zum Ende der Schließzeit als Präsenzbestand verbleiben und nutzbar sind. Wir informieren Sie per E-Mail, wann Ihre Bestellung im Bibliotheksbereich A5 eingetroffen ist.
- Temporär ausgelagerte Medien aus dem Bibliotheksbereich A3 finden Sie im Erdgeschoss des Bibliotheksbereichs A5 neben den Semesterapparaten, im Katalog Primo wird der temporäre Standort im Bibliotheksbereich A5 angezeigt.
Auch während der Schließzeit sind für Studierende und Mitarbeitende der Universität Scanaufträge auf Bestand des Bibliotheksbereichs A3 möglich. Tageszeitungen werden während der Schließzeit im Bibliotheksbereich A5 für sie bereitgestellt.

Reminder: Closing of the subject library A3
The subject library A3 is closed from 12 August to 1 September 2024 inclusively. All other subject libraries areas are open as normal.
If you need media from the subject library A3 during the closure period, you can order them via the Primo catalogue. The media will be made available for you in subject library A5.
- Log in to the Primo catalogue and search for the required item.
- Order the item by using the „Order/Request“ option in the detailed view of the title.
- Items ordered in this way will be transported to the A5 subject library, where they will remain for onsite usage until the end of the closing period. We will inform you by e-mail when your order has arrived in subject library A5.
- Temporarily removed media from the subject library A3 can be found on the ground floor of the subject library A5 next to the semester apparatus; the temporary location in the subject library A5 is displayed in the Primo catalogue.
Students and employees of the university can also request scans of the holdings in the subject library A3 during the closure period. Daily newspapers will be made available for you in the subject library A5 during the closing time.
